Cancellation, Returns, Shortages & Damages

Order Cancellation 
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. 
To cancel your order please call our customer services team on 0208 684 8366 or by sending the notice of cancellation by email to sales@christmaswholesaler.com ensuring that you quote your name, address and order number, we will reply confirming the cancellation. 

Returns
We do not offer a ‘sale or return’ policy on any of our products.
If you have ordered in error, please contact our customer services team on 0208 684 8366 or by emailing sales@christmaswholesaler.com, if we agree to a return, a 25% restocking charge will be applied. 

Shortages & Damages
We will never knowingly dispatch damaged products, in almost all instances damages are caused during transit, if you notice any boxes are damaged please ensure that the driver is informed so that this can be noted on the proof of delivery; without this, it may invalidate any claim for damages.
All of our deliveries will be sent with a detailed invoice inside the box or on the outside of the pallet. When checking your delivery please check it against your invoice and not your original order as some products may have become unavailable since the time of placing your order. Your invoice will state a refund if any products are unavailable and you will be informed if a backorder has been placed on your account otherwise these products can be ordered at a later stage if required, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.
If you have checked your order and still believe items to be missing, faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team on sales@christmaswholesaler.com within 72 hours of receiving your delivery, providing your order or invoice number, product code, quantity of the product along with any images which may help us resolve this issue for you.

Liquid, Plastics & Glass Disclaimer
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any claims against damaged liquid, plastic or glass products.
This is due to the nature of the products and our couriers are not offering compensation on any damage to them. 
We do our very best to package your order to prevent any damages occurring, however we have no control once they have left our warehouse.
