The competitor's product must precisely match the one offered by Cut Price Wholesaler, encompassing attributes such as size, color, pack size, and specifications.
Matching terms of business, including minimum order requirements, delivery lead time, and delivery costs.
Availability of the competitor's product in stock at the time of price matching.
The competitor's price should be exclusive of VAT.
Verifiability of the competitor's price during the price matching process.
The competitor's price must not be part of a special or promotional offer and should not carry any purchase restrictions, such as "One per Customer."
The competitor must be a UK-based business-to-business entity, excluding auction or marketplace sites like eBay or Amazon resellers.
The competitor should not be a public sector procurement organization.
No other promotional offers can be combined with a price-matched product. In simpler terms, discount vouchers or other promotional codes cannot be applied to further reduce the price of a price-matched product.
Price matching cannot be applied retroactively after the product has been ordered.
We retain the right to terminate or modify the terms of Our Price Promise, with any changes communicated through notices on our website.
How Our Price Match Promise Works:

If your product meets the aforementioned requirements for a price match, follow these steps:

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line 'Price Match Promise.' Include the following information:

The Cut Price Wholesaler product title, SKU code, pack size, and cost that you wish to price match.
A copy of the relevant catalogue page or the URL of the same in-stock product where you found a lower price.
Cut Price Wholesaler will verify the competitor's cost. We aim to respond to all price match requests within 2-3 business working days, but during peak periods, this response time may be extended.
If the provided information aligns with our guidelines, we will email you a unique promotional code covering the price difference. This code is for a single use, specific to the product, and valid for 72 hours only.
If the criteria for a price match are not met, we will provide you with a clear explanation for our decision. Your satisfaction remains our top priority.
